Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work at WooMagic.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation if done at least 3 hours before your scheduled slot.
  • Late Cancellations (less than 3 hours) may attract a ₹99 convenience fee.

2. No-Show

If our cleaner arrives at your location and you’re unavailable without prior notice, a ₹149 no-show fee will be applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable in cases of missed services, payment failures, or unjustified delays exceeding 2 hours (without informing).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
